PRODUCT DATA SHEET

Aqueous Cleaner/Detergent

DESCRIPTION

Vichem 600A aqueous cleaning additive is designed for use in all types of aqueous printed circuit board cleaning processes.  The product can be used for manual bath washing and in-line cleaning systems.  The 600A is very effective in removing oils and greases, cleaning screens and stencils, as neutralizer for corrosive soldering fluxes, or in stronger concentrations as rosin saponifier.  The material is totally biodegradable and can be disposed in conventional drainage systems.

Vichem 600A contains a specially selected de-foaming system that eliminates foaming and drag-out problems without the use of silicone containing anti-foam agents.  For the best results during cleaning, wash water temperature should be maintained between 140-160ºF.

Vichem 600A  also works effectively for solder paste screen and stencil cleaning
