IF14 No-Clean cored solder was designed to provide fast wetting with minimal amount of flux residue.  Residues can be brushed off with a dry brush "no solvents or cleaning liquids required".  Its flux core is based on the highly successful IF2005M liquid flux technology.  Made from metals that meet or exceed the QQS-S-571 requirements for impurity levels. 

IF14 meets Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 and MIL-STD-2000A specifications (test results available upon request) 

IF14 is supplied in a 63/37 and Sn96Ag alloy or can be supplied in other alloys upon request.  Standard diameters are listed below. 

IF14 is manufactured to very high standards which assures the user of consistent performance within each roll and roll-to-roll.  The use of "state of the art" equipment also assures an even wind on each roll, thus minimizing costly core solder-tangles with automatic dispensers

IF14 Sn63 contains lead. See Material Safety Data Sheet for safety procedures.

PACKAGING

IF14 is supplied on 1.1 Lb (500 gram) spools available in single rolls or boxed per 12.  The .015" is supplied on .22Lb (100 gram) spools available in single rolls or boxed per 36

STORAGE    

IF14 is recommended to be stored at temperatures no higher than 85ºF. Under these conditions there is no deterioration of the product quality and performance.
